A: You do not receive all the “rewards”; however, you will still receive the interest rate tier of our NOW Account based on the average collected balance on your account for the statement period.

Q: Are my checks free?
A: If you qualify for either our Student Checking or Ideal Accounts, you will receive your checks per those account agreements, otherwise; check charges will apply.

A: No. Only transactions used to purchase goods and services will qualify as a required check card transaction. (POS Purchases Only)

Q: Can I have a Rewards Checking account if I don’t have a computer?
A: Computer access and a valid email address are required in order to have Rewards Checking. If you do not have your own computer, you must at least have an email address and access to a computer to view your monthly statements online.

Q: What if I need a printed copy of my statement and/or check image?
A: Statements can be printed or saved from your online access. Images can be accessed and printed individually from your online account transactions for approximately two statement cycles. Copies requested from Customer Service will be provided at $4.00 per statement or $5.00 per statement with check images.

Q: Can the interest rate change on my Rewards Checking account?
A: Yes. This is a variable rate account and the rate may change at any time.

Q: If I qualify, when will I receive my “Rewards”?
A: You will receive your “Rewards” at the end of each statement period.

A: When you meet the requirements for Rewards Checking during your statement period, a refund of incurred fees will be made to your account and then on a daily basis for the remainder of the statement cycle.
